Standard Delivery - £1.95
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your item/s within 7 days. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent.
Special Delivery - £5.95
If you need or would like a guaranteed next day delivery, you have the option to change to Special Delivery. This option is only available if you place an order before 12pm Mon - Fri. (The Royal Mail does not guarantee deliveries on a Saturday)
This requires a signature on delivery.
Shipping Charges
All orders are delivered Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for a nominal fee of £1.95 which includes full insurance.
For shipping overseas, charges are as follows;
Europe £5.95 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Transit 3-5 days from Despatch
Rest of World £5.95 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Transit 4-9 days from Despatch
Our site is regularly updated with our latest designs but if you wish to make a
purchase you will need to be quick as we do sell out fast. As many of our designs are
unique if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee the exact same
design, however we will aim to offer a similar item at the same price.
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

detailing your Transaction ID number and the item/s number that you wish to send back.
Replace the item/s in the parcel and include your name, address and the item/s you are
returning and send back to us at:
Chick designs, PO BOX 9616, Burnham on Crouch, CM0 8WN.
We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete,
in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current
Health & Hygiene regulations.
We will not also be able to refund any item that has been
specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay
for the return of the item/s to us.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to
obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange.
